2. User Accounts & Registration

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • One person is allowed to have only one account. Multiple accounts for the same person are strictly prohibited and may result in a ban.
3. Course Access & Intellectual Property

All content provided on EthicalGrow (videos, PDFs, text) is the intellectual property of EthicalGrow or its content creators.

  • You are granted a limited license to access and view the course content for personal, non-commercial use.
  • You may not share, resell, distribute, or copy the course materials.
  • Any violation of these rights will result in immediate account termination without refund.
4. Affiliate Program & Earnings

EthicalGrow offers an affiliate program where users can earn commissions by referring others.

  • No Guarantee of Income: We do not guarantee any specific amount of earnings. Your earnings depend entirely on your efforts and sales performance.
  • Commissions: Commissions are credited to your wallet only after a successful sale.
  • Payouts: Payouts are processed to the Bank Account/UPI ID provided in your profile. You are responsible for providing correct details.
  • Fraud: Any attempt to generate fake referrals or manipulate the system will lead to permanent account suspension and forfeiture of earnings.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please Note: Due to the digital nature of our courses and the immediate access provided, we generally do not offer refunds once a course has been purchased and accessed.

However, if you face a technical error where money was deducted but the course was not assigned, please contact support within 24 hours.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall EthicalGrow, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
